The founder of Answers in Sight, Arlene D. Hackbarth, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, has over 25 years of experience in the field of behavioral and emotional health working with children, youth and families.  

As a certified clinician in the state of Maryland, she has helped countless children and families through counseling and treatment planning.  

She has also provided extensive training at the local and state level on behavioral interventions.  

In recent years, she served as an appointee of the Governor of Maryland to serve on a task force dealing with the treatment of Co- Occurring Disorders.

Dr. Robin Gilbert  has functioned as a school psychologist, and an executive and life coach for the past 10 years.  Her background focuses on identifying individuals' strengths for educational and personal planning.  In addition, Robin's work within organizations includes conducting workshops to empower parents and educational staffs in their work with developmentally disabled students, and facilitate team building and leadership.
